A grade battled for the entire game, applying strong pressure at both ends of the court but unfortunately went down to Mitta, 42-54. Again, the girls adapted well to position changes throughout the game and displayed some fast, accurate passages of play.

B Grade Netball: 49 - 57 (Defeated)

A fantastic effort on the court today from the B grade girls. Despite going down in the end, the girls fought hard and played some great netball. Matilda provided strong drives into the ring and turned over many balls with her strong defensive pressure. Tilly, who played her 50th senior game provided constant pressure down the court and brought the ball out of defence beautifully. Harper stepped up from U17s today and showed that she is a very strong player and able to hold her own against a physical opposition.

A solid team effort from all 9 girls against Mitta. We seen some really strong leads and great passages of play throughout the whole game. Everyone did their bit and put in 100%. Kathryn and Beth showed a united defence front, working tirelessly together. Whilst Matilda gave plenty of versatility through the attack end. Great work girls.

Beautiful weather to take to the court for our last home game of the season. Our 13s showed fantastic team spirit throughout the game, constantly supporting one another. Their growing confidence, improved cohesion and overall gameplay were evident, reflecting just how much they've developed over the season. It was a closely contested first half before Mitta pulled away in the second half to secure a 27–13 win. You should be proud of your effort, resilience, and the progress you've made. Well done, team!

Under 13s Res Netball: No score

Today our Under 13 Reserves took on the Under 15 Reserves in an inter-club match, and we were really pleased with the effort and determination shown by the whole team. The girls worked hard all game to create space and remained committed to applying tight defensive pressure. We saw some fantastic intercepts and strong turnovers, which came from excellent defensive positioning and persistence. In attack, the team moved the ball with confidence, using strong, accurate passing and working well in triangles around the goal circle to create better scoring opportunities. It was great to see the shooters growing in confidence and backing themselves by putting up their shots. The team’s positivity and support for one another continues to shine and definitely contributed to a strong team performance against an older opposition today.

Well done, girls!

Under 11s Netball: (Defeated)

U11’s had a strong start against Mitta, taking the lead at quarter time. Unfortunately, the girls couldn’t hold on and went down in a tough contest. It’s wonderful to see the team coming together each week and the versatility of positions from the girls continues to be a strong point.
