Football
Under 12s
Congratulations to the Under 12s for a ripping season in 2025. It is wonderful to watch the junior Bushies improve throughout the year. Lots of early starts and cold mornings requires serious dedication. And that’s just from the parents!
Looking forward to seeing the group back again next year!
Under 17s
The Bushies Under 17s put on a great showing in the do or die Elimination final on Sunday. Coming up against Yack, who had beaten them soundly twice in the home and away season, the lads really delivered when it mattered most. Coach Justin pleaded for the pressure to increase and the team responded!. The Bushies led at every change and moved the ball well in windy conditions. This sets them up for the second Elimination Final next Sunday.
Super Efforts
Well done to Gabe Humphries, Finn Hoysted, Rourke Warner, Jacob Wood and Ollie Bladon as our best players on the day.
Seniors
A well fought out, tight final by our boys. Relentless right to the end as we would expect. Thurgoona managed to make more of their chances and created a lead that was too much to wind in. Cam and Tom were again at their best, Hugh Kavanagh was excellent in the back half and Hayden Cooper worked hard and played a great game. On to 2026, after we support our third's home to a flag.
A big shout out to all the volunteers who made the season possible. Also to the players who signed on again for another tilt under the fantastic coaching of Jack Neil.
